Privacy policy
Upload only an SDS you have permission to use. Avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information.
What the preview uses
We read your PDF, listing name and marketplace to produce document findings. PDF bytes are discarded after processing. We do not retain the original PDF.
Private findings and links
Findings include document quotations and your typed listing name. They remain in our private database for 30 days. Anyone holding your private link can access its preview. Full findings require verified payment.
Deletion
After 30 days, access is denied immediately. Scheduled cleanup deletes expired findings daily; incoming check and Report requests also perform cleanup. Contact us for earlier deletion, including your private link.
Other records
Hashed network identifiers enforce preview limits and expire within 3 days. Unverified payment notification identifiers expire after 30 days. Payment providers retain their own transaction records under their policies.
Providers and analytics
NanoCorp hosts analytics and email delivery. Vercel hosts the app; Neon stores private findings. We do not send SDS content to an external language model. Analytics events exclude document text, listing names and private-link secrets.
Your choices
No account or marketing signup is required. We do not sell document data or use it for advertising. Email hazclear@nanocorp.app for access or deletion requests.
